Zapaquarilla, Colombia

Zapaquarilla, Colombia

It was our first visit to a small Colombian town, a 2ish hour bus ride from Bogota. The town is nice enough. It’s quiet but there’s this immense salt mine in which they’ve established a cathedral. Not like a building with walls inside a mine, but the mines themselves are like the hallways of a cathedral, or something. Anyway, it draws a lot of tourists. This immense storm crossing the plain was cooler than the cathedral.
